Moving from idea to action

Tiwa said the first thing you need to get a hold of is your mindset. Your thoughts lead to your feelings, which lead to your actions. When you’re about to do something out of your comfort zone, your brain gets scared by creating resistance. When you feel like you can’t do something that’s when you must do it to send a message to your subconscious that fear won’t let you get stuck. Is it 100% facts or am I making an assumption? Does the thought empower me or sabotage me? Would you ever speak to a friend like that? Why do we (guilty as well) think that we can give all of our friends the love and support they deserve, yet we can’t channel that same energy when it comes to ourselves? She also said when you say no to yourself, you’re saying yes to other things. Other things being insecurity and lack of fulfillment.
